Library of Educational Sciences (BCE)

The Library of Educational Sciences (BCE) contains a document collection
composed of about 15 thousand books and 15 thousand
periodicals/journals. This journal collection is composed of 463 journal
titles. There are also about 1,000 academic works consisting of
doctoral theses and dissertations of the Master's in Educational
Sciences, which were presented and defended at the University of Minho.
All these maintained and constantly updated collections actually provide
the BCE with a unique collection in Educational Studies.
In the reading area of BCE, users can access 575 running metres of books
and journals, 2 computer research workstations and 36 reading seats, as
well as the internet through the wireless network.
In addition to the reading and display area, BCE has an archive in the
basement comprising two compact bookshelves with about 400 running
metres, which corresponds to a considerable expansion zone.
This Library operates on floor 0, room 0022, Monday to Friday from 10.00 to 19.00. |
